1. Cancellations by Client
More than 15 days before departure: Full refund (minus PayPal fees).
Between 7 and 14 days before departure: 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: No refund.
2. Cancellations by Company
If Oumoudid Star Tour cancels a service (due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure), the client will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule.
3. Refund Method
Refunds are processed via the same payment method (PayPal) used by the client. Processing time may vary depending on PayPal.
4. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for refunds or compensation in case of cancellations caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, political instability, etc.).
